KsysEmissions Tracking system has been designed specifically for the metal finishing industry. This Windows-based software program tracks coating and solvent usage in painting and sandblasting operations, and monitors paint operations by plant and by source. It also tracks usage of VOC, HAP, SARA, PM, and EHS chemicals for regulatory compliance.
The system allows a one-time entry of data from MSDS as well as the entry of a CAS number to allow for an unknown value (which can be filled in later). The system is helpful in making sure a plant is in full compliance with Clean Air Act regulations. For example, it automatically checks for duplicate data (to help reduce the chance of double reporting), and it is capable of issuing a reminder warning several months prior to permit expiration.
