Factory automation - parts washing

Our belt, monorail or drum washers meet the highest standards and can accommodate many cleaning applications. These systems can be supplied with a single power spray stage or up to as many as five process spray zones. Tank and housing construction can be furnished in mild steel or stainless steel materials. Standard steel flat wire mesh conveyor belts to special designed material handling systems can be provided. Heating in natural gas, oil, electric and steam are also available. Complete electrical controls are standard with each washer system. To compliment any washer system, we design and manufacture high pressure, high velocity blow off units or hot air dryers. These effectively remove moisture or dry the process material after the wash process. The blow off units are furnished as a once through air system and are equipped with slot type high velocity air knives. The hot air dryers operate from 150° F to 500° F and are high velocity recirculated air units. This equipment is thermally insulated and can be supplied with gas, electric or steam heating systems. All electrical controls and safety devices are included.
