Finishing Products for Electroplating

The AuRoTech family of finishing products for gold electroplating includes gold strikes, pure gold plating processes and hard gold systems.

The pure soft gold products are designed to produce high purity gold deposits, which provide high resistance to thermal oxidation, as well as exceptional die bonding, solderability, and porosity characteristics. They include AuRoTech P, AuRoTech P9, and AuRoTech AGC.

The hard gold products are available in both nickel or cobalt types. The hard gold deposits meet industry specifications for wear and contact reliability applications.

Pure gold strike systems are designed to promote adhesion on all base metals and include AuRoTech Strike Low Speed for rack and barrel applications, and AuRoTech Strike High Speed for reel-to-reel and spot plating applications.
