Environmentally safe, the system converts the water portion of liquid waste to vapor and segregates solids and oils. According to its manufacturer, reducing the volume of effluent can dramatically decrease the associated costs of removal and disposal.

Features of this system include all-wetted parts made of stainless steel, it reduces effluent up to 98%, it permanently eliminates the water portion of aqueous waste, and the system is easy to install, operate and maintain. The evaporator also has a state of the art flame monitoring system that will shut down the burner should high or low gas pressure, low of combustion air, flame failure or flame relay internal errors occur. The PKG evaporator also uses an FM-approved gas train with dual safety valves.
