Jet Mixing System

The MTS Jet Pod Mixer is considered well suited for wastewater treatment in the chemical processing industry. A single jet pod (ranging from 16-in. to 5-ft in diameter) can be used for mixing tanks from 1,000 gallons to 1 million gallons.

The mixer's jets are made up of wear and corrosion resistant materials, allowing them to be used in a variety of mixing applications. According to the manufacturer, their jet mixers are low maintenance and can accommodate any tank configuration. The in-basin equipment has no moving parts, eliminating the need to service the submerged equipment on a regular basis. In addition, the liquid re-circulation pumps are standard-end, suction centrifugal type. The manufacture states that these pumps are easy to maintain and have a long service life.
