The E-Co BRITE mass finishing process is designed to direct electrochemical energy to the entire component surface to allow fast, uniform polishing. The manufacturer states that this exceptionally pure process removes fine burrs without damaging delicate parts; eliminates contact marks, corrosion-causing impurities, scratches and imperfections; and creates a high luster and uniform appearance.
This environmentally and biologically safe process is well suited for cleaning polishing small parts including stainless steel screws, nuts, fittings, t-barbs, elbows, cannula, and needles. In addition, it can process parts in bulk overnight for fast turnaround and delivery.
