The Bath Analysis Kit is a convenient bath sample mailer designed for submitting bath samples for analysis by METALAST technical staff. Samples are required for analysis of METALAST additive (AA-100) on a periodic basis, and may also be used for submitting samples for other types of chemical analysis. Customer is responsible for purchase of the kits and for shipping. Analysis results and recommendations will be communicated by email or fax.
Each kit contains necessary sample and shipping material for 18 sample sets (2 bottles per sample are required). Included in the kits are: 36 poly sample bottles; 18 sturdy exterior mailing cartons; plastic bags to and sealing tape to prevent leakage; and address labels and instructions.

New customers will be required to submit weekly samples for the first month of use, and monthly samples thereafter. Analysis and results will be provided by the METALAST Tech Center staff at no charge. Proper analysis will help ensure that METALAST additive is maintained within proper limits.
Other bath chemistry (aluminum, sulfuric), and additional technical products and services, are available on a fee basis.
