These microfiltration systems are designed to separate suspended and colloidal particulates from a liquid flow
These microfiltration systems are designed to separate suspended and colloidal particulates from a liquid flow. Crossflow microfiltration membranes provide the required flow conditions for complete separation of all particulates above the rated pore size. Typical pore sizes range from 0.1 to 1.0 µ.

The systems are intended for use directly on the process stream, or are coupled with pretreatment chemistry to achieve the desired separation. The manufacturer states that installations may also be custom designed to include multistage chemical destruct and reaction modules, automated reagent and pH adjustment, as well as integrated PLC control and cleaning software.

The systems are well suited for applications that include metal finishing wastewater, printed circuit board discharge water, pre-filtration to reverse osmosis, catalyst recovery, pigment recovery/washing, textiles-indigo dye recovery, steel/brass rolling mill discharge water, wire drawing wastewater, and clarifier retrofit/replacement.
