Multiple Wave Sequencing Power Supplies - DuraProcess™

Source: TecNu, Inc.
The DuraProcess series of multiple wave sequencing power supplies are new and covered by TecNu intellectual property
The DuraProcess series of multiple wave sequencing power supplies are new and covered by TecNu intellectual property. They output a non-periodic wave form by sequencing ramped start and periodic pulse signals to achieve the desired deposit characteristics. The DuraProcess combines DC, PP and PPR in a specific wave sequence to optimally achieve the desired deposit characteristics over complex geometric surfaces or under difficult to plate conditions.

Pulse wave sequencing power supplies, by their high degree of internal automation, reduce capital equipment cost, process time, errors and costs while they increase production throughput by automatically executing complex processes preprogrammed into it's job library.

Typical applications include plating of cathodic surfaces with complex geometry's, plating of materials sensitive to the chemistry, selective plating and increased automation of the plating process.
