Paint Racks

ARC designed paint racks maximize painting quality, hold the maximum number of parts within the available part envelope and facilitate efficient part loading/unloading.

The type of painting system in which the rack is to be utilized (powder coating, electrostatic, spray, Ecoat, flow coating or dip) is the primary factor in the rack design. Other factors include the part holding method, conveyor type, furnace temperatures, and part weight.

Part holding, or tip design, is critical to quality paint application. With our extensive experience in tip design and thorough understanding of the various painting methods, ARC will design a tip that is perfectly suited for your part and application. And, because ARC tips are manufactured from spring tempered stainless steel, they maintain tension and stand up to repeated Burn-off cycles.
