Servi-Sure Corporationted, dual-purpose small parts rack clip allows small parts to be anodized and/or painted, without reracking, in two to four times greater densities, for an approximate 25% savings in time and rack costs.
The new rack clip consists of a torsion spring with two sets of compressed tines that can be opened using an integral handle. A workpiece placed between the tines is held securely during the anodizing and/or painting process. The tines are designed to have minimal contact with rack parts, reducing rack marks.
In addition, the clip features a rack density greater than conventional systems, and a design that accommodates different tine widths and compression strengths to meet the specific requirements of various workpieces.
