Plating Control Bath

Bathminder plating control bath maintains a highly controlled bath concentration by making frequent and precise additions in dosages that match the amount of chemicals consumed in the electroplating process. This provides consistent concentration of the bath and accountability of the replenished chemicals.

The bath pumps have no contact with chemical fluid and require only periodic replacement of the pump tubes, making them easy to maintain. In addition, the compact system takes up less than one square foot of shelf space, and selects the most suitable ampere time units for any rectifier power range.

The system's program features "function" and "edit" buttons to allow for quick set up, as well as a back-lit alpha numeric display. Measurements units are retained in memory during a power loss, and when power is restored, the program continues automatically.
