You are looking at parts entering our new 10 gun Gema powder application cartridge booth.
You are looking at parts entering our new 10 gun Gema powder application cartridge booth. On the right side of the picture is the control panel for this booth. Looking inside of the booth you can see the cloud of powder which is being applied to the parts. Any excess powder is drawn to the cartridge in the booth where it is transferred back to the application guns for reuse. After powder is applied, the parts will enter the curing oven where the powder will melt, cross link, and bond to the surface of the part.
