Precision Custom Coatings Partners With Asian Textile Manufacturer

Totowa, NJ - Precision Custom Coatings LLC (PCC), a US-based producer and supplier of non-woven and coated fabrics for the apparel industry and industrial market applications, recently announced the signing of a joint venture agreement with Ningbo Yihua Textile Factory, an Asian textile manufacturer.

The new venture, PCC Ningbo Textile Co., Ltd., officially translated as Ningbo Mei-Yi Textile Co., Ltd., will provide Precision Custom Coatings with expanded apparel interlining production capabilities, a further enhanced product line, and augment its ability to offer localized relationships with apparel manufacturers throughout Asia.

The partnership will also offer Ningbo Yihua Textile Factory, a major shareholder in Ningbo Yak Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. (Shenzen stock market code 002036), added exposure outside of China via Precision Custom Coatings' broad universe of sales and distribution channels throughout the world. Operations for the new joint venture will be conducted from a PCC Ningbo Textile Co., Ltd.-dedicated facility in Ningbo, China.
