The Absolution programmed hoist system was designed to allow maximum performance, flexibility and reliability. Standard features include Allen-Bradley SLC-500 PLC components with the company's software and Wonderware Man/Machine Interface. A positive hoist positioning feature uses an absolute encoder/gear rack system with reliable on-board battery back-up memory for trouble-free re-start after power failures.
Additional standard features include: stainless steel drive axles and take-up shaft; positive, precision-machined lift package guide column with stainless steel guides; polyester webbing lift straps that replace corrosion-affected wire or chain hoist components; and an operator safety curtain with Lexan observation panel.
