Purchase order (P.O.) financing is the buying and selling of commercial purchase orders (received from business or government) at a discount. Your P.O. is turned into cash. P.O. financing is used when a business has insufficient cash to start or complete an order or contract. This type of financing does not create debt and it does not require that the hard assets of your business be used as collateral.
