Pure Indirect Steam-to-Steam Generators

Electro-Steam Generator Corp., a Subsidiary of Inductotherm Industries, Inc. Steam Generators combine the functionality of an all-electric steam generator with a steam-to-steam generator. Operating at high pressure, they feature an electric generator that provides steam to heat their steam-to-steam generator.

The steam-to-steam generators are capable of producing pyrogen-free steam, which, if condensed, would conform to USP WFl standards. The self-contained pure steam generators are available in outputs of 345- to 828-lb/hr and pressures up to 100 psig. When pure steam is not required, the electric generator's output may be used for other purposes.

According to the manufacturer, all components are skid mounted as a unit and require only utility services at installation. The generators feature a pure steam side Type 316/316L stainless steel construction with sanitary-type clamp connections available. The manufacturer also offers different instrument and control packages as optional equipment.
