RAMCO CONVEYORIZED DRY-OFF OVEN
RAMCO combines the latest technology to provide conventional gas fired dry-off ovens, gas fired dry-off ovens with IR booster pre heat capabilities, and electric dry-off ovens to meet the dry-off needs of the diverse finishing industry.
The RAMCO Conveyorized Dry-Off Oven is engineered to ensure the driest part prior to finishing regardless of part configuration. Our engineers understand the challenges presented when parts are oversized, have crevices and lips where water tends to pool, and are configured in hard to drain shapes. Air flow is minutely calculated, fans are properly sized, and burners are calibrated to assure properly dried parts.
RAMCO pays strict attention to the exhaust and ventilation systems so moisture is exhausted from the oven. Moisture does not build up in the dry-off oven, condense, and fall back on the part.

RAMCO engineers understand that powders and paints have very specific curing requirements. Burners are calibrated, air changes are calculated, insulation requirements are measured to the specification of the parts and the type of material being cured.
Every RAMCO Cure Oven maintains close temperatures throughout the oven assuring uniform curing of the parts.
