Wilden Pump & Engineering Co.-in. (6.35mm) Plastic Pump features wetted housings for its water chambers and manifolds that are made from either polypropylene, PVDF or carbon-filled acetal. The pump's non-wetted housings are made from polypropylene and carbon-filled acetal (the center section) while the air valve housing is made of aluminum. The pump's maximum suction lift capability is 11-ft (3.53m).

Featuring the company's Accu-Flo solenoid pump technology, this pump interfaces directly with a wide variety of electronic devices for automated control of such operations as batching, metering, and other dispensing applications. The air valve makes use of electrical impulses to stroke the pump rather than pressure differential. This two-position, four-way solenoid valve is internally air-piloted for long coil and operator life.

The pump also features several elastomer options. The Buna-N elastomers are available in a temperature range of –12.2°C to 65.6°C (+10°F to +150°F). Teflon PTFE elastomers are available in temperature range of 4.4°C to 104.4°C (+40°F to +220°F), while the Viton® elastomers are available in a temperature range of -40°C to +176.7°C (-40°F to +350°F). Finally, the Wil-Flex elastomer option is available in a temperature range of -40°C to +107.2°C (-40°F to +225°F).
