Urecoats Industries Completes Development and Testing of Revolutionary Product

Urecoats Industries Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Urecoats International, Inc., a developer of roofing and sealant products, announced that it has completed development and testing of its patent pending URECOATS 100, an environmentally useful Rubber Sealant Membrane (RSM) formulated to revolutionize the $28 billion dollar a year roofing industry.

URECOATS 100 is a rapidly curing, long lasting, seamless RSM that is designed to be sprayed on existing roofing substrates using a patent applied application technology currently in final testing in preparation for mass distribution this year. The RSM is an ultra high quality modified urethane fluid applied type rubber substance that prevents water penetration and protects the surface to which it is applied from natural weathering, acid rain and wind uplift to name a few. It is made from a proprietary patent pending formula, comprised of urethanes, crumb rubber from recycled tires and other additives.

These characteristics give URECOATS 100 greater strength, flexibility, elasticity and a higher degree of resistance to chemicals and moisture than other coatings and sealants in the marketplace today.

The results from the independent testing labs have proved what the product's inventor, Ponswamy Rajalingam, knew all along. "We have a product that is clearly superior; in fact URECOATS 100 is on another level from the current products available in market today." To date, no Independent Testing lab has been able to pull the URECOATS 100 product from the applied substrate using the maximum capacity of their wind uplift testing equipment. Shirad Ali, General Manager, Independent Roof Testing of South Florida, Inc. stated, "All indications are that your scientists have devised a sound and well thought out roofing, waterproofing and potential concrete containment system. When approvals are completed, you should command a large portion of the market share because of the inherent qualities of these materials, cost, durability, use of applications and variety of applications.

Larry T. Clemons, President and COO of Urecoats Industries Inc. commented, "The URECOATS 100 product is expected to give a roof a 20 plus year certification rating, which will be one of our major competitive advantages." Clemons went on to say, "Even after eventual aging the URECOATS 100 system can be brought back to 'like new' with a simple renewal spray of URECOATS 100."
