Wastewater and Chemistry Recovery System

The CAST III wastewater and chemistry recovery system eliminates hazardous waste and process effluent disposal. This zero-discharge system can recover nearly 100% of chemical resources and water for immediate reuse recycling. It concentrates mixed hazardous waste to 2-3% of original volume for efficient HAZMAT disposal.

These systems can withstand harsh environments and are available fully-automated and are made of corrosion-resistant metal alloys and engineering plastics. In addition, when used as stand-alone units, the systems can process 100-5,000 gallons per day. When combined with other systems, they can handle over 100,000 gallons per day in zero-discharge applications.
